Hired Attorney Jeffrey Karver

Jeffrey gave me a excellent critique of a proposal to buy my husbands company.
he reviewed the contract: cited the weak points for me of the contract and the strengths of the contract. He also wrote a letter to the broker explaining his concerns and analysis of the contract on my behalf. He also advised the broker that some things had to be looked at and changed before he could advise me to sign the contract.
