McIlroy & Millan is a law firm established in 1955 with an office in Bowling Green, MO. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing civil litigation, criminal law, probate and 7 other areas of law.
The Lawyer I hired called me the evening before court, couldn’t even remember my name or that I had paid a retainer. The person I hired didn’t show for court. But sent a partner that was over an hour late. After the court appearance the partner called me on behalf of my ex wife who did not hire this partner, regarding visitation with my children. She also told me she was calling me on behalf of my ex wife’s boyfriend who also didn’t hire her? Does this seem acceptable.
Charged me exorbitant fees and did not provide very good service. Did not explain how court system worked for traffic violations nor what he would do for me. The 2 or 3 times I spoke with James Burleson, he just gave me standard, generic answers, never trying to explain options or anything. Not satisfied at all. I could have kept my money and still gotten the same results.
