Mr Lindsey handled a workers comp claim, for me, after a severe shoulder injury at work, I was glad to find such a lawyer that took time to help me and made me feel comfortable

I hired Mike Lindsey to handle a workers comp case. Communication was not good, paralegal was very rude. I’m not saying they are incompetent, but during a situation where I was extremely stressed, in pain, and felt alone, they added to the hardship by being very hard to get communication from. This is coming from someone who needed nearly nothing from them so that is saying a lot. I was reminded several times about all of the other big time things that mike is involved in “downtown” to which I would say that if he doesn’t have time to take on another case I understand but that just telling me is all I need so I can go elsewhere. The paralegal was so rude that it ended up with me saying that all I need is for her to be somewhat pleasant and for them to communicate and when they couldn’t agree to that, we went our separate ways. Found another lawyer that was excellent to work with so it all worked out ok.
