Staff was very Nice and attorney was always on time. Also, he had answers to all of my questions or said he would find them out and get back to me by the next day.

Service was pretty good. However, it was disappointing to see documents done and redone do to typographical errors. In this day and age spell check is almost automatic on word processing software.

Hired Law Firm

We hired them to change our business from and LLC to a corporation. In doing so they informed us we would have to change our name. They changed our legal name to Pratt's Auto Body, which is not the name we had chosen. This was very poor service since we do not do any sort of body work on cars. We sell tires and do mechanic work only!
