Very poor lawyer, who never answers question by phone or email. he needs his law license revoked. he will steal from you. he never spoke to us on our case, and we had to hire a other lawyer to get results, he is a terrible lawyer and even worse person.
Brian Powers never answered his phone nor answered emails. He did nothing for 2 years, then haf me sign non-suit paperwork and promised it was not going to bed sent in. He sent it in the next morning! I filed to get investment monies back and to get my personal separate property. I GOT NOTHING - nothing ever went to court. Over $200,000 of my property was not recovered! And her never accounted for the $5,000 retainer I paid. My case should have been filed as a civil case, but he filed as family law. He is a worthless attorney, a liar and a thief who needs to be DISBARRED!
Brian Powers handled my wife and my divorce case. During the process, we both reconciled. Mr. Powers failed to disclose certain pieces of information to both my wife and I, resulting in the state Attorney General coming after me for child support and prolonged legal proceedings for an issue that we thought resolved. Mr. Powers was consistently late for court dates, and failed to return phone calls. It took nearly six weeks to get in contact with him at one point.
