It was a great experience working with Virginia on our surrogacy journey. We are intended parents and Virginia and her team supported us both with the surrogacy agreement as well as with obtaining birth certificates in OK after the birth. She is very easy to communicate with, reliable, and her whole team is very professional. Due to COVID, Vital Records closed their office for public when our twins were born. Virginia, Robin and Kara then showed a tremendous effort in order for us receiving the certificates the day before we had our flights to Europe. Thanks a lot. We highly recommend Virginia and her team.

Her firm was contracted to provide legal work for us through our Surrogacy Agency. Her terms and pricing was clearly spelled out and we didn't have to do anything other than fill some documents that was required. Everything worked out perfectly!

Virginia was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly and was very thorough when going over contracts. Her assistant, Kara, was also awesome to work with! I needed to sign documents and instead of me traveling to her office (Greeley to Boulder) she happily offered to meet me somewhere very much closer to me. I would definitely recommend working with them for any legal matters!

Ginny saved our adoption and that is, by no means, an exaggeration. We hired Ginny to help us finalize an adoption through an agency which was shut down by the state mid-process. Without Ginny and her amazing staff, I’m not sure we would have our daughter today. While in the most difficult time of our life, Ginny constantly reassured us that she would help get everything back in order which she did! She is the absolute best and I highly encourage her services to anyone who needs them!
