Results
We know that our clients come to us for results. We begin every matter by defining the client's goals and working with them to outline a plan to achieve them. Often, this process will focus on identifying weaknesses and leverage points that can be used to force a matter to resolution. Another important part of our results oriented focus is openness to billing arrangements that align our compensation with achievement of our clients' goals. While we often represent clients on an hourly fee basis, we also utilize flat and contingent fees in appropriate cases.
Technology
We rely heavily on technology to organize and present your evidence in an effective and intelligent way. Typically, we strive to be ready to try any case with just a laptop and appropriate presentation software. Case files, documents, and information are organized electronically so that one attorney can master a client file and handle a matter that might be staffed by several attorneys at a larger firm. We believe that having fewer attorneys involved in a client matter allows the attorney to be more familiar with the facts and the law and to integrate and adjust to information more quickly. Faster integration of information is better preparation, and better preparation wins cases.
