Jennifer works closely with the DA and the BCJ Deputies to use procedural playbook moves in what they deem a fun game of "liability hot potato" so as to use NGRI proceedings and competency to delay trial and totally bypass it. They waive preliminary hearings without client consent, use multiple arraignments once delayed by failure to demand preliminary hearing, all the while abusing a "caged animal" into a state of non cooperation over a period of many months so as to insure a finding of incompetency which delays speedy trial so that eventually trial or dismissal do not happen so that Boulder can send yet another prisoner to CDOC on a forced plea agreement which they call a win. Bear in mind they incarcerated someone they asserted was insane and incompetent. This all because I asserted my 5th Amendment Privilege to the NGRI/ Competency evaluator who is not mentioned at all in the constitution but the bypassed rights are. Jennifer is the de facto prosecutor, and benefits financially.
