I would recommend Jason to anyone. When I was searching for a lawyer I wanted the big man at the firm representing me. I called two separate firms and was instead handed off to underlings who quoted me ridiculous prices without even being able to tell me who would actually represent me. When I contacted Jason I was immediately put at ease, he runs the show at his firm and you deal with him directly. I was charged with assault - a possible felony charge facing 1-5 years in prison. The end result: A misdemeanor charge (deferred) that will be dismissed after one year of successful probation. Jason helped keep my stress low during this trying time. He treats you more like a friend than a client. Lastly, he is very honest. He sent detailed billing statements that showed the exact amount of time he spent on elements of my defense. If he spent ten minutes making a phone call to the DA, you get billed for ten minutes (not rounded up to a half hour/hour etc) You should call him if you are in need, I'm glad I did.
