They helped me navigate dealing with two insurance companies; getting reimbursed for medical expenses for my neck injury after being T-boned in a high-speed motor vehicle accident. More importantly, they helped me realized that I had been concussed; despite what my doctor initially said early on. Healing is like peeling back layers of the onion, and my brain wasn't yelling as loudly as my neck. Once we tuned into that, his team provided a great network of medical providers who worked on a lien basis. It turned out that my undiagnosed concussion is now a chronic mild traumatic brain injury; but I was able to form new neural pathways with their medical referrals. My UIM settlement was for the full amount thanks to the amazing demand letter they put forth. I am SO thankful for this team. Without their compassion, I would have put this all down to "stress" and tried to soldier on without the right treatment.
