Hired Attorney

Ira Greschler failed to file an appeal within the time limit required, thereby costing me my case. He also failed to challenge witnesses in trial that he knew had totally changed their stories from what they had said in depositions. He tried to get out of the case after botching it up by telling the judge he had to have surgery. It was just minor surgery and the judge told him to do his job.
