Tim is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York, the State of New Hampshire, the United States District Courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Tim’s practice focuses on the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other medical facilities in both the state and federal courts. Prior to joining Sloane and Walsh, Tim was an associate at a mid-sized Boston civil litigation firm, where his practice was centered on the area of toxic torts and municipal liability. He has also served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
