Theodore A. Ted represents clients in a variety of business and corporate matters including technology licensing, debt and equity financing, contract negotiations with suppliers and customers, mergers and acquisitions, e-commerce, and regulatory compliance. He brings his expertise to the firm's Business, Corporate and Securities Group. Ted also has broad litigation experience involving complex commercial, corporate and partnership disputes and employment, insurance, and tort matters. He received his B.A. from Bowdoin College (1985) and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Boston University School of Law (1990). Ted lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts with his wife Norah, and their two children.
