    Sally R. Gaglini is a strong and long-time supporter of pro bono and other volunteer efforts within the legal and civic communities. Her longstanding pro bono efforts, commencing in 1992, led to the codification of the MA Child Performer Statute. Her recent efforts include needed amendments to the MA Child Performer Law. In addition, Ms. Gaglini worked tirelessly as a member of Save Our Towns, a 501(c)(3) charity to defeat an oversized residential development. Rallying voters at Town Meeting, she advocated successfully for that municipality to take legal action intended to reign in a swollen neighboring project. The matter eventually resolved favorably for the municipality which included a seven figure mitigation settlement.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
