Mr. Conn is a civil litigator with over thirty years of experience trying cases in the state and federal courts. This includes many successful jury trials. His practice includes special emphasis on business litigation, professional liability, employment, and construction. He also frequently represents executives with respect to the negotiation of employment and severance agreements and related litigation matters. Mr. Conn serves as co-chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation and Professional Liability Groups, and is a member of the firm's Management Committee.
Mr. Conn has been named a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer" (top 5% of Massachusetts) by the publishers of Boston Magazine every year since the designation was created in 2004. Mr. Conn was voted one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Massachusetts in 2006, 2008 and 2009 and one of the Top 100 Lawyers in New England in 2008 and 2009.
Mr. Conn also has been recognized by Chambers USA, America's Leading Lawyers for Business, as a Leading Practitioner in Labor and Employment Law for 2007, 2008, and 2009.

Mr. Conn acts as national counsel for a major professional liability insurer for which he has appeared in twenty-two states. With the maturation and development of his practice, Mr. Conn now regularly serves a number of large and small businesses as their principal outside advisor on a broad array of legal matters, including corporate and contract, employment, regulatory, and litigation.
Mr. Conn is a member of the Board of Overseers for the DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park in Lincoln, Massachusetts, where he also serves on the Museum's Governance Committee.
