Attorney Carpenter also represents defendants and victims of domestic violence in criminal matters in the Massachusetts District Courts.

Providing diligent and aggressive representation, Mr. Carpenter is a graduate of Saint Louis University and earned his Juris Doctor and MBA degrees in 1985, he holds a B.S. in Political Scient/Public Administration from Northeastern University where he graduated with highest honors.

Admitted to Massachusetts State Bar, the Massachusetts District Court, and Massachusetts US Court of Appeals. Attorney Carpenter is a member of the American Bar Association and is a Discovery Master in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. He also volunteers as an ARC, Attorney Representing Children, in the Norfolk Probate and Family Court.
