Philip Brown is an accomplished attorney specializing in business litigation, trials, appeals, and mediations. He advises clients on financial industry disputes, real estate matters, employment issues, and contract preparation to reduce business risks. With a practice spanning diverse industries, Phil has represented clients before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He has chaired a Massachusetts legislative commission on public employee retirement systems and served as Chairman of the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC), overseeing 104 public pension systems.
