Very disappointed with my representation. It felt like to me that all they wanted to do is bill me. I had a case where the other side wasn't responding and right before it could have been dismissed they contacted the opposing lawyers to continue it. I'm not completely sure about that but everything seemed like something to keep billing going. They also would just bill my card, try to get as much as possible out of it. As soon as I complained they dropped me after doing what I felt was a terrible job at trial. And even though the facts were in my favor as they explained, we still lost.
Scheduled a consultation appointment- lawyer (D. Farrell) no-showed. Called to check in, he was "unreachable" but they would get a message to reschedule. Received a calendar invite 2 days later for the same time of day which I was able to accept, but yet again, the lawyer no-showed. No email apologizing asking to reschedule, nothing. Unprofessional and rude.
