Mr. Roberts represented me in a medical liability case several years back. It was one of the most stressful times of my career, and I have to say attorney Roberts made it even much more stressful, and in my opinion, mishandled the case. The outcome was fine, mostly because these types of cases are hard to mess up, but Mr. Roberts was extremely condescending and insulting to me, throughout the entire process. In addition, he did not seem to have a clear concept of which strategy to pursue and waffled back-and-forth between going to trial and settling, with no clear explanation of which he would prefer at any given time. He also did not seem to understand the different interests or perspectives in several of the parties (witnesses, etc.) involved in the process. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not using this attorney for anything, and if there’s anyway possible find an alternative.
