She has also represented thousands of temporary staffing workers in wage and tip theft cases, construction workers in prevailing wage and overtime cases, call-center employees in minimum wage and overtime cases, and cable installers in overtime cases.

Prior to joining Gordon Law Group in June 2004, Kristen worked at Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, PC where she advised clients with respect to wrongful termination, vicarious liability, fiduciary duties and employment law matters.
Her recent successes include settling certified class/collective actions on behalf of 93,000 workers of a Fortune 100 retail company; 748 workers at a trucking company; 2,490 bartenders, cocktail staff and banquet workers of a major staffing agency; 66 employees working in an in-house call-center of a Fortune 500 company; and 134 employees of a major retail wireless operation.
