Ms. Zwicker Young is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice is concentrated in the areas of family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. She has a wide range of experience handling complex matters before the district and state superior trial courts throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Conn Kavanaugh, Ms. Zwicker Young was a partner in a successful South Shore law practice, where she concentrated her work in similar fields. As an active member of the bar, Ms. Zwicker Young chairs the Plymouth County Bar Association's Education Committee, which focuses on the continuing education of attorneys in the field of family law. Ms. Zwicker Young also chairs the Conciliation Program for the Plymouth County Probate and Family Court, and she serves as a certified court Conciliator for Bristol and Plymouth Counties.

Ms. Zwicker Young also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pilgrim Bar Advocates Program for Plymouth County, which runs the program for indigent defense in and for the county of Plymouth. She has served as Treasurer and was elected President for the 2012-2013 year.

In 2016 Ms. Zwicker Young was named a Best Lawyer in America by US News and World Report.
