Mr. Kavanaugh is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in both state and federal courts. His practice is primarily in the litigation of commercial and employment disputes, where he has represented numerous major corporations in a wide spectrum of industries. Mr. Kavanaugh serves as co-chair of the firm's employment law and commercial litigation groups.

Mr. Kavanaugh has been regularly selected as a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer" each year since 2004. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
