I have been practicing for over 20 years, helping clients receive workers' compensation benefits.  I also help clients who feel that they have been discriminated against.  Additionally, I handle motor vehicle, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, as well as slip and fall cases and personal injury cases against the MBTA.  I file lawsuits for clients, if the insurance company does not make a reasonable settlement offer, and will take cases all the way to trial, if necessary.
