About Daniel Jay Gallant

Attorney Daniel Gallant began his legal journey at Suffolk University Law School, where he distinguished himself academically by graduating on the Dean’s List. During his time as a law student, he gained significant courtroom experience early on by serving as a Rule 303 Student Prosecutor with the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. This pivotal role allowed him to develop the foundational advocacy skills and sharp legal analysis that have become the hallmarks of his professional career, preparing him to navigate the demands of complex and contested legal matters.

Since becoming a seasoned litigator, Attorney Gallant has focused his practice on achieving meaningful results for his clients through strategic case development and a steadfast commitment to justice. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Throughout his career, he has litigated in courts across the Commonwealth, bringing a practical and client-focused approach to every stage of the litigation process. His extensive experience and deep familiarity with the courtroom ensure that those he represents have a powerful and prepared advocate in their corner.

In addition to his work in the courtroom, Attorney Gallant is an active member of the legal community, maintaining professional affiliations with the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. These memberships allow him to collaborate with fellow trial lawyers and stay at the forefront of the latest legal developments to better serve his clients. When he is away from the office, he stays active by training in Muay Thai and skateboarding with old friends. Most importantly, he cherishes time spent outdoors with his family, finding balance through his personal passions while remaining dedicated to his calling as a trial attorney.
