Hired Attorney

too old to be practicing law still. forgets half of the laws/ falls asleep in mediation sessions. fights with the mediator, and was nodding off through the session. needed basic laws repeated to him. he kept falling asleep. And turned the meeting into an hour.. I would suggest either having him renew his license, or being put in a senior center. and maybe drop the attitude the second he walks into a government building?

Hired Attorney

He literally sleeps basically through any other legal representative in his general vicinity while they speak. He acts like he’s better and smarter than everyone, was talking down to the mediator who was stating facts to help educate him. Had her repeat the same thing the 20 times he asked, and she did nicely. It was very clear to me and the mediator (after talking alone with her, that he was a very disrespectful and gross human, overall) He was having trouble comprehending what was even going on? When in reality, he doesn’t even know basic laws. Slightly alarming, that I’m laughing at a lawyer with a mediator, because I know more laws than him. That’s not how things should work. The fact that the defendant knew more about the laws than him..Truly, I’m thinking he should be in a senior citizen center. Because it’s not safe for people to be working in the law when they’re not even educated, nods off or simply not listening to anyone else around him. wake up sir.
