About Ashly W. Eikelberg

Ash is a 2014 Graduate of the New England School of Law. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan he was an associate at a boutique general practice firm in Weymouth, MA where he lives with his wife and daughter. With his recent move to Morgan & Morgan he has been able to pursue the specialty of premises liability tort claims. He is known as a fierce and dedicated advocate for his client’s needs by solving problems and making sure every case gets the best result possible.

While in law school he interned at the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office in the Superior Court Division and the Department of Industrial Accidents, giving him insight and hands-on understanding of the inner workings of the Courts and administrative agencies. Before becoming a lawyer, Ash was a Public Policy Advocate during his Master’s of Public Policy graduate fellowship at the University of Central Florida. During that time he advocated for changes in the law to protect children from harmful chemicals.

Ash is a trial attorney that has obtained substantial settlements for clients injured in Massachusetts. He has a winning record in Federal Court, in front of The Supreme Judicial Court, Superior Court, District Court, and Housing Court. Attorney Eikelberg has an extensive history of successes both in and out of the courtroom, securing numerous favorable outcomes in courts across the Commonwealth. Ash’s hard work and dogged commitment to his clients earned him a “Top 40 Under 40” award in 2021 of the National Trial Lawyers Association.
