Alan D. Rose, Jr. co-founded the firm in 1995. Alan's practice focuses on civil and criminal trial and appellate litigation in federal and state courts and in arbitration, with an emphasis in commercial litigation, employment litigation, defense of state and federal government and regulatory investigations, and college and university law.
