Very unprofessional and very poor service

I have given this individual and his company $1000.00 to perform moving a file from Ca to Va. I never heard anything ever again. It has been almost two years, I have money on their books and received nothing except statements saying they owe me money. I wouldn't know if they did anything because they do not return my calls, do not pick up calls at their corporate office and sent me nothing regarding my case. I would never ever recommend these people again. It was a money hole.
