I was ripped off by a crooked home contractor for $47000. Jonas Singer was recommended to me by my emoloyer;s employee assist-trance program. He charged me $750 for a retainer and wrote one single letter to the county prosecutor to try to get my case heard. No follow up, no phone calls to see how it was going. Nothing,, The county prosecutor refused to prosecute my case, Singer never called me back or attempted to help despite me paying him and leaving messages requesting help. Beware.
Jonas Singer would be a waste of your time and money. There is a reason his web site does not offer a portrait of him. He is way past his prime offering only the bare minimum to get your money. Look elsewhere.
He represents scummy landlords and has no issue presenting false statements to you as an attempt to intimidate you. Incredibly unprofessional, half of his communications came as unformatted emails and he immediately stopped responding once he realized he wouldn't be able to bully us out of our housing.
This is not a lawyer he is a thief trying to get his money form harresment of the renters He is a layer not lawyer
