Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I would not recommend Mr. Smith for any case that has to go to court. I was going to court because my ex decided he wanted custody & child support of our 2 younger children. He did not have my best interest or my children's best interest in mind. When we went to court he forgot the evidence that I had against my ex. What lawyer goes to court unprepared. When I asked him to ask my ex a questions. Mr. Smith stated that he will not go for that. I asked how do you know. Mr. Smith stated then you need to ask him. WTH! I was told because of how old my children were that the court would go with their decision to live with their dad. I told him I wanted my son in counseling because my son broke the law twice, federal & state while in the care of my ex. Needless to say he did not do what I ask of him & Mr. Smith had my child support set at a weekly rate & not a monthly rate. When I ask him about this, he said this is how it is done & there are 4.5 weeks in each month. Don't use this lawyer.
