I went to Brown on a referral from another atty who was too far from my location. I was needing an attorney at the last minute and was trying to beat a filing date. Don Brown charged me the highest rate for attorneys in his field. My case was a probate case, only one house, nobody contesting. Very simple case. He charged me every time he opened his mouth. 30 dollars for a 15 second phone call. You better not have any questions about your case, it will cost you a fortune. He will nickel and dime you to death. No probate case in the area requires this level of expertise. I do not recommend him. Does not communicate well. A 30 second email will cost you 20 minutes of his time. Again, I do not recommend this law firm.
