I needed my green card updated and didn't know how to do it by myself. I did a google search for an attorney near me and her name came up. I contacted her and within 10 mins she sent me a contract to sign and pay her for her services. Didn't hear from her for a few months. She texted me that she had to give up her office. I had no way to speak to her whereas her phone only accepted text messages.... I finally received my Biometric appt. 4 years later. From that point on, things moved quickly. I contacted USCIS to see how much longer I'd have to wait and they informed me my card was sent to her PO Box 10 days previous and I was not informed by my attorney. I texted her that same hour to ask when I can receive my card. She answered that she would send it out Priority that evening. I checked the tracking number often and it arrived 5 days later. She never put it in the mail when she said she did. Use caution when hiring this attorney.
Do not go to this lawyer. We had her for months and nothing was done. Terrible service and communication. I’ve had two appointments with her and was making it seem like it was more about her than me. No empathy at all. Be careful.
The worst attorney I have ever worked with. Disorganized, irresponsible and honestly dangerous. She has no business being an attorney. She missed our first 3 appointments and never answered emails and had the nerve to say I was the problem. If you are appointed her as a GAL, file to switch IMMEDIATELY!
