Hired Attorney

In my opinion, I would NOT recommend Bianca Vela-Collins as a family lawyer. One, she added another person's information to our case when she filed it with the courts. She kept spelling our names wrong, even after we would correct her...every single time we saw the error. She is nice and compassionate however, in my experience with her, I would not recommend her for family law because she doesn't seem to be as knowledgeable as she claimed to be. She did not have my back as she sided with OC and wanted me to accept whatever they wanted to offer. Well over a year later she is still listed as an attorney on my case when she was supposed to remove herself after accepting her final payment. I had to fire her because she seemed overwhelmed due to not having help and doing everything by herself with multiple cases and honestly, she did nothing to assist with winning my child custody case. Had I kept her, I would have not received the rights I have now. I wish her well in her career.
