Tom was extremely well prepared for our case which is still under appeal but has taken over 2 years. Our impression of Tom was that he might be intimidating just like you want a lawyer to be but perhaps too powerful, however he came across to the jury and all of us in the courtroom as actually (according to the women) gentle, respectful, self depricating and "sweet." He seems to have a photographic memory for case related documents. He had many "Perry Mason" type moments. He is brilliant, well prepaired and clear and effective in his arguments. The best!!!
