Process for filing chapter 7 was fairly easy but associates at Ringert did not advise that if I had a "clarification" question I would be charged and incur billable hours is my dedicated associate had to email a response to me.
Very little communication from my attorney about "what to expect". Would have preferred she present me with something of a time-line or checklist to follow so I would know what steps were going to occur and when. A big part of this is COST, she should have given me a summary of what it was going to cost, including ALL communication. I began to receive bills with charges for an emailed question, which was a surprise. I should have received an "a la carte" fee schedule from the start.
