Extremely disappointing experience. The lawyer failed to submit critical paperwork, rarely responded to my messages, and didn’t seem to listen to anything I said. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, important details were ignored. He refused to call my witness, didn’t act on new evidence I provided, and ultimately seemed more aligned with the opposing side than with me. When I tried to discuss further matters, he shut down communication. This kind of behavior may violate the Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct and could be subject to investigation by the Idaho State Bar, which can impose sanctions ranging from private reprimands to disbarment. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone seeking reliable or ethical representation. Petty, inconsistent, and a disgrace to the lawyers and attorney’s that care. She should be charged with discriminatory conduct and intimidation. I have never been so disgusted by the treatment of a case in my life, not even on Law and Order. She should be disbarred.
