Jesse R. Thomas started his Law Firm in 2013 to provide individualized legal services with a client-focused approach at a reasonable price. Mr. Thomas has extensive experience as an Idaho attorney over the course of his career. He is an alumnus of Idaho State University and Gonzaga Law School.

During Law School, Mr. Thomas was an intern for the United States Attorney’s Office in Spokane for two years. After graduation he adventured to Alaska to further his professional and personal goals. After a couple of years in Alaska, he returned to Idaho because he loves the Treasure Valley and the Idaho back country.

Mr. Thomas is passionate about estates and probate because he enjoys helping people and finding solutions. He can help provide legal insight into the estate planning and probate process. His philosophy regarding estate planning centers around formulating lasting, efficient, and comprehensive wills and trusts that meets his client’s wishes.

During his free time, you can find Mr. Thomas with his wife in the outdoors of Idaho, hammock backpacking, trail running, and skiing with his family.

Jesse is an honest attorney who was able to follow a case that was complicated by tons of BS being thrown onto the mix via the other parties. The opposing attorneys demonstrated a complete lack of adherence to reality that required quite a bit of homework to negate. He was able to identify the important points and help me firmly establish what the actual facts of the case were with definitive proof. This brought the opponents to making offers which while not the best possible outcome gave the best outcome that could be achieved without running up attorney's bills that wouldn't have been worth it.
