Jared was extraordinarily helpful and empathetic when helping me with my misdemeanor case. He walked me through everything, told me of the average expectation, what I could expect, the other clients he's helped in similar ways and what not. I could not have expected a better resolution nor a better attorney.
Found out 5 years after court order was completed that my rights as a father to have my son more as the years went on, was not specified well enough in order to be enforced by law and now i have to return to court again. the words "it is possible" in the court order allowed my son's mom to deny me increasing my visitation from every other weekend to every other week.
DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!! Please see my full google review on his website. This man uses manipulative business practices and is completely unethical with clients. My sister insisted that he represent my son over my two lawyers, one of which represents our police, who both disagreed with how Jared was running the case. He was called a, "lead 'em and bleed 'em." That is a monetary strategy known among attorneys where a defense attorney will promise to fight for you, then double cross at you the last week of trial and pressure you into a plea deal, having been working with the prosecutor the entire time.
