A truly honest man
I hired Gary for a divorce case. He did not explain what to expect at zoom/court hearings, which led to unrealistic expectations. He had his assistant Abby do most of the work. Abby was clearly inexperienced and uncomfortable. My ex was reported to CPS by a doctor (not me) and was institutionalized for 4 days. We were clearly losing the case, so I settled with a custody agreement. I had ZERO faith that I'd win if we went to trial. Gary comes off as a nice guy, but he will not fight for you. He's great at filing paperwork and talking. Best advice I can give anyone... Don't hire Gary. Nice guy, but you'll lose!
Absolutely the worst attorney you could hire, time has passed him by,retained to represent in a divorce proceeding, absolutely unprepared, called him 2 days before the hearing and he was not even aware the hearing was live not zoom, day of the hearing, he gave me a motion to sign in court room, he had not filed prior, legal tactics awful, more interested in flirting with my 25 yr old daughter, today follow up hearing , court indicates Mr Davis never filed motion with court, my new attorney has 4 times asked for copy of my file and never received, never advised according to opposing council that i was only on vacation and had not vacated family home, never responded to e mails, this man is a total joke for an attorney, stay away.
Don’t hire Gary! He will sell you, then had you off to his inept associate. They will bill you $40 for a 7 word email, bill you $60 to send you an email cancelling an appoint, never notify you of court dates and not call you back. Horrible!
