Finch and Associates Law Office, P.A. is a law firm established in 1994 with an office in Boise, ID. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing divorce, custody, child support and 12 other areas of law.
I would recommend Finch and Associates for simple cases, but ours is a very complicated Parental Alienation case and they didn't seem up to the task of detailing this process properly
I really liked this firm at first. But later on they would never return my phone calls. I called them several times and left messages and have yet to hear from them. I no longer have their service. They were affiliated with Kroger Co. and I am no longer employed with them.
I don't know how this law office got a 4.5 review... read the comments to get the real story. We met with Michelle for a will and trust. She arrived 20 minutes late with no apology We scheduled a follow up to review the draft. Nothing had been done and she seemed confused as to why we were there. We promised a draft within 10 days, but 3 months and 5 unanswered calls later we have zero. Two weeks ago we got a confused VM at 10pm asking if we had the draft yet still nothing.
My husband and I were doing a Step Parent Adoption with Brooke O'Neil. we met for our initial consultation. She agreed to have the first petition drafted within 2 days of our meeting for my husband to review. After a week and 1 day, I called her office, NOTHING had been done. Needless to say we fired her and moved on. Also in the conference room were divorce case files out in the open for several different cases. Shows they aren't concerned with protecting private matters.
