David Kracke practices primarily in the areas of family law and criminal defense.
David is originally from Lewiston, Idaho before matriculating at the University of Idaho receiving an undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis in child development. It was during this time that David found his passion in helping children and families in any way that he could. After graduating from the University of Idaho, David worked at Lewiston, Idaho Juvenile Corrections Center as a Rehabilitation Technician assisting in the rehabilitation of youths that were involved in crimes of violence or substance abuse.
David received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho Law School in 2016. While matriculating at the University of Idaho, David emphasized learning the litigation process and strategy and was the president of the mock trial team and a member of the Evidentiary Appellate Advocacy team. It was during this time that David was able to acquire a vast amount of skills needed to be an excellent litigator competing in competitions in Seattle, Washington and Brooklyn, New York.
David Kracke is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Idaho and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts of Idaho.
