Blender Law Office is a law firm with an office in Boise, ID. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers.
Brian Blender is not a litigator, he simply submits legal forms to the court clerk for a handsome lawyer's fee. His attention is to settle and get you divorced. He will not remember any details of your case unless he has his notes in front of him, which he normally misplaces. He does not pursue adultery or infidelity, "Idaho court, or any court in the US, will not award judgement in those cases anymore." My ex left me in a clear case of adultery for which I'm paying alimony.
We had contacted Blender Law in reference to handle the guardianship of my daughter and we payed the $1500.00 retainer. The first week, his assistant gave us false information on how to pursue the case (which we paid for) just to start over with a different person from their office which we were charged for again. They are horrible at communication, via phone and email. Our case has been finished for over 2 weeks and we're still awaiting the refund of our retainer. Horrible professionalism
