About Joseph Gerard Dell

I am the Managing Member and President of Dell & Dean, PLLC in Garden City, NY. I run a Personal Injury - Medical Malpractice - law firm. I represent seriously injured individuals, their families and groups of injured plaintiffs for every type of personal injury, product liability and malpractice case from construction and worksite accidents to automobile cases. In addition, I represent individuals for their workers compensation and social security disability claims. If you or a loved one has been injured we are the firm for you. I am the Managing Member and President of a firm of associate lawyers, and a terrific support staff that spend 100% of our time, and resources representing seriously injured clients for all types of injury cases. My firm is truly dedicated to each and every client of the firm. Every client deserves the type of personal attention and twenty four hour access that we offer.
