About Mr. Shawn Lovorn

Shawn Lovorn received a B.S. in Biochemistry from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. Following his undergrad degree, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2005 and started the Lovorn Law Firm, PLLC. As a litigator, he handles all types of criminal defense matters and family law.

Outside of his work at the firm, Mr. Lovorn serves as the Board President for Communicare Health Centers. His dedication to both business and community was recognized in 2024 when he was named the Businessman of the Year by the Boerne Chamber of Commerce.

Criminal defense for the mentally ill We hired Shawn for my sons criminal case because he promised great things and he had great reviews. I don't have much to say because not much was done. But I can say Shawn did not find it in his best interest to represent my son due to my sons mental health issues. So if mental health is in the picture maybe consider someone else.
