This review pertains to paralegal Carey Gable-Gibson. It is not ever easy to lose a loved one expectantly. The average, unexperienced person does not always know how to handle the details of the legalities. Carey was a breath of fresh air. She was professional, yet caring and patient. She educated and guided me through the whole process. She was very responsive. I do not know what I would have done without her, especially with me living far away in another state. All the employees I have had contact with have been very pleasant and helpful.
Ward Damon Posner was supposed to be holding escrow money for US Mortgage Funding (Boca Raton) who had taken over clients from US Home Loan and Credit services. Both financial agencies turned out to be fraudulent loan modification agencies. Joy Napolitono (USMF) referred me to Ward Damon as the agency holding money in escrow. Sue from Ward Damon says they "scoured their records" and had no paperwork on my account. She suggested I call Jamon Lachs back at USMF. Bottom line: I'm out $1299.
