Tattiana Brenes-Stahl chairs Katz Baskies & Wolf’s probate, trust, and guardianship litigation practice. She represents individual, corporate, and charitable clients in will and trust contests and guardianship disputes at the trial and appellate levels. Tattiana has also represented U.S. based global clients in international litigation and in cross-border transactions. Tattiana is the Immediate Past President of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County. Tattiana is a fellow of the Inaugural Class of The Florida Bar’s Leadership Academy (South Branch 2013-2014). Tattiana was appointed by The Florida Bar to the Probate Rules Committee and served from 2013-2015. Tattiana is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section (“RPPTL”) of The Florida Bar’s Executive Council and of the Trust Law Committee, Probate and Trust Litigation Committee, and Probate Law and Procedure Committees of the RPPTL. Tattiana has been a Co-Vice Chair of the Guardianship and Advance Directives Committee of the RPPTL and of the Attorney Trust Officer Liaison Conference Committee. Tattiana has been listed in Super Lawyers magazine, Florida Super Lawyers, "Rising Star," 2009, 2011-present. Tattiana is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s College of Law (Cum Laude) and of Harvard College (Cum Laude). Fellow: Inaugural Class of The Florida Bar's Leadership Academy.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
