They gave me three different dates of when they would be mailing settlement checks. Finally after numerous communications and false claims they gave a "final day checks would be mailed" as July 17th. So after 3 days of checking the mail for the elusive check that they had been promising, I received an email stating that there were "further delays" in mailing. They went on to say that they "estimate" the checks will be mailed by the end of the month, the 4th date they have given.
Misinformed me and strung me along over 6 weeks telling me they were proceeding with my case and then just dropped it for reasons that had reviewed previously as "not a problem" - communication to client was worse than poor along with the quality of service
