Excellent attorney! Excellent paralegals! My wife and her deceased sister had a joint quick claim deed to a condo. She was living in the unit when she passed. My sister-in-law died in 2016. There was a probate in 2016. My wife thought at that time that she was the sole owner of the condo. No. In order to sell the property it was necessary to reopen the probate case and go through the probate court.
