Sean Lebowitz is a partner at the estate, trust and tax boutique law firm of Gutter Chaves Josepher Rubin Forman Fleisher Miller P.A. located in Boca Raton, Florida. He has been practicing exclusively probate, trust and guardianship litigation and the related administration for over 10 years. He earned his Bachelors Degree at Binghamton University (SUNY), summa cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Florida, with honors.
Sean currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee, and sits on the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He also is on the Board of Directors of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, and previously held several other leadership positions within the organization. Sean has authored and lectured on probate, trust litigation and guardianship matters, and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer and Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers for estate and trust litigation as well as a Fellow by the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar.
