About Robin Bresky

Robin I. Bresky is founder and president of Bresky Law, a boutique firm in Boca Raton that focuses on Appellate Law, and Trusts and Estates. She is a driven and respected professional who has substantial experience providing litigation support for civil, commercial and personal injury, family law and criminal matters. Immediately prior to starting the firm in 2000, Bresky served as a state prosecutor in Broward County.

Bresky, a resident of Boca Raton, is a leader in the community and in her profession. She is past president of the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations, a fellow of the American Bar Association, and since 2001, a member of the Appellate Judges Conference, composed of state and federal appellate judges, appellate staff attorneys and appellate lawyers dedicated to an efficient and independent judiciary. She has been a board member for the Fourth District Court of Appeal (DCA) Historical Society since its inception.

Statewide, Bresky represents the 15th Judicial Circuit on The Florida Bar Board of Governors where she serves on the Communications, Disciplinary Review and Discipline Procedures committees, and is vice chair of the 2020 Florida Bar Annual Convention and chair of the 2021 event.

Bresky is a former president of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association (SPBCBA), and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL) and its South Palm Beach County Chapter, which in 2019 named her Woman Lawyer of the Year.

Bresky has been a long-time volunteer and advocate for Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. In 2006, a year before joining the board, she received the Appellate Law Pro Bono Award and in 2019, Soroptimist International recognized her contributions to Legal Aid with a 2019 Women of Distinction Award for Community Service. Each year, the law firm hosts a major event in Mizner Park called the Bresky Bash to raise money for the nonprofit organization.

Bresky also supports community organizations she is passionate about including Jewish Adoption and Family Care Options (JAFCO) which provides services to abused and neglected children in South Florida. She has co-chaired the Mother’s Day Luncheon for two years in a row and is a member of the organization’s Godparent Circle.

Bresky has been included in Florida Super Lawyers since 2012 and received the Avvo Top Attorney Award in 2019. She received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.
